Community Rules
These rules apply across all of Luna Networks.
Respect
Treat other players with respect. Do not involve players you do not know in inappropriate roleplay without their agreement. Luna Networks is a streamer-friendly community, so act accordingly.
Cheats and Unfair Software
Hacks or third-party software that gives an unfair advantage are prohibited. This includes aimbots, wallhacks, and similar tools. Promoting or referencing this software anywhere on Discord, including in your bio, username, or affiliations, also breaches this rule.
Staff Rulings
Staff rulings are final when made. If you believe a decision was wrong, appeal through the support Discord instead of arguing during the incident. Ignoring staff instructions, disrespecting staff, or lying to staff during an incident is a serious offence.
Advertising
Do not advertise on official Luna Networks platforms. Verified content creators may receive an exemption after contacting Community Management.
Rule Exceptions
Community Management may approve a one-off exception for a specific roleplay scenario to improve the experience or keep it fair.
Ban Evasion
Ban evasion is prohibited. If staff have taken action against you, appeal through the support Discord.

These rules apply across all of Luna Networks.
Metagaming
Do not use information your character would not realistically know to influence your actions in game. This includes information learned from other characters outside of roleplay.
Unprovoked Hostility
Do not kill or initiate hostility against another player without sufficient roleplay reasoning.
Stay in Character
Stay in character in both your speech and your decisions. Value your character’s life when severely outnumbered or outgunned during hostile roleplay.
Exploits and Griefing
Do not exploit bugs, troll, bait, or grief players to ruin their experience. Repeatedly killing the same player for the same reason counts as griefing.
Avoiding Roleplay
Do not avoid or disrupt the natural flow of roleplay. This includes suicide, logging out, or respawning to avoid an interaction or its consequences.
Job Equipment
Job equipment must never be handed out. During criminal activity, criminals may strip workers of non-weapon items.
Protected Targets
Do not rob organisations, stored vehicles, owned properties, job-plated vehicles, or player bank accounts, even at gunpoint. Lockpicks cannot be used for robbery purposes.
Scamming
Scamming is prohibited unless the trade involves prohibited weapons or drugs. Money lost in those trades is not protected.
Robbing Players
You may only rob a player who is dealing drugs, robbing a house, or someone you are retaliating against because they robbed or scammed you. You may not rob vehicle inventory during drug or house robberies.
Robbery Caps
Bank and store robberies are limited to 6 criminals and 12 police. Arsenal robberies are limited to 8 criminals and 16 police.
Hostages
Hostages must have no affiliation with the hostage-taker. Hostages cannot be used for monetary gain.
New Life Rule
Respawning removes your character’s in-character memory of that situation. You cannot rediscover or revisit it. If EMS revives you instead, you retain your memory but still cannot return to the situation.
In-Character Communication
All in-character voice communication must happen through in-game local voice, radio, or phone. When offline, in-character meetings may take place in the Luna Networks IC Discord.
Blip Safe Zones
Do not initiate hostile roleplay against players actively using blips, including stores, houses, and teleports.
Voice Changers
Staff decide whether voice-changing software is allowed for a character. If staff ask you to disable it, you must do so regardless of your character’s backstory.
Real-World Trading
Do not buy, sell, or trade in-game assets for goods or services outside the game.
Unfair Advantage
Do not exploit game mechanics, graphical modifications, or altered graphics settings to gain an advantage. See the Graphics Modifications rules below.

Graphics Modifications
We understand that some players have hardware limitations. Graphics mods or intentionally low settings that create a meaningful advantage over other players are prohibited. This includes daylight mods, disabled shadows, external crosshairs, stretched resolutions, and deliberately distorted colour profiles.
Currently banned
- NVE Vegetation or anything that reduces bush visibility
- ReShade, Redux, or similar tools used to drastically alter game colours
- ReShade or settings used to see through smoke
- Disabled shadows; a normal minimum is required
- Stretched aspect ratios, such as 4:3 stretched
- NoNight
- Confetti headshot mod
Allowed modifications
- NVE, QuantV, ENBSeries, and other mods used purely to improve visuals
- ReShade or Redux used lightly for colour or saturation
- Your monitor’s native aspect ratio
- GTA road packs, such as European Roads or NVE Roads
- Custom sound packs
Anything that gives an unfair combat advantage is prohibited, even if it is not listed above. This includes aimbots and external crosshairs. Staff have final say on what is acceptable. If you are unsure about your settings, open a ticket in the support Discord.

Military Base Rules
These rules apply within and around the Military Base.
Open PVP
Within the gates of the Military Base, rules F2, F3, and F12 are suspended. All other rules remain in effect. Players may engage in open PVP without RDM restrictions, but griefing is still prohibited. For example, deliberately flying a plane into a group to kill them is not allowed.
Police and EMS
Police and EMS roleplay is not permitted within or near the Military Base, except during special events such as crate drops.
Police Pursuits
Criminals cannot use the Military Base to escape a police pursuit.
Returning After Death
Players may return to the Military Base after death without a New Life Rule restriction. Hostilities that begin at the Military Base must not continue outside it.
