Terms and conditions

By buying from Luna Networks you agree to the following. Please read it before you buy.

1. Purchases

Every purchase helps keep the server running. All sales are final and non-refundable once processed. Buying doesn't earn you special treatment from staff or exemption from the rules.

2. Delivery

Items are handed over in-game after you pay. If something hasn't arrived within 24 hours, open a ticket in our Discord with your receipt.

3. Discord roles

The special Discord role that comes with a pack is added to the account you give us at checkout. Make sure you're in the Luna Discord.

4. Bans

If you're banned for breaking the rules, you lose access to your items with no refund. Buying from the store won't protect you from moderation.

5. Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute results in a permanent ban from the server and Discord. If you've got a genuine problem, open a ticket and talk to us first.

6. Changes

We may change items, prices or these terms at any time. Buying after a change means you accept it.

7. Age and payment

You must be old enough to make payments under Australian law, or have permission from whoever owns the payment method.

8. Not affiliated

Luna Networks isn't affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, Cfx.re or Discord.
